Spa Policy

We accept payment by cash, credit or check.  A $40.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

We do not refund money on services or products.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS:

When making appointments, call please.  If you text or leave a message, it can take 48 hours for us to respond.  Appointments by email or Facebook are not accepted. We also don’t accept cancellations by email.  When cancelling by phone call, voice mail or text, we require a 24 hour notice for 1 hour or less scheduled appointments.  Any appointments scheduled for more than 1 hour will require a 48 hour cancellation notice.  For your first missed appointment, there will be a fee for half the cost of the time/service reserved.  For appointments missed thereafter, the fee will be the entire cost for the time/service reserved.  If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or be given whatever time remains in your originally scheduled time.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within one year of purchase date or they will become invalid.  Please inform us, at time of setting appointment, if you are using a gift card.  Please don’t wait until close to the expiration date of your gift card to set appointment or times may not be available.

GIFT CARDS:

On “packages”, if you miss your first scheduled appointment, the value will now become half of the amount that was paid in dollars toward services at regular pricing.  For missed appointments thereafter, your package purchase becomes invalid.
