Payments and Refunds
At An Angel's Touch Day Spa, we accept payment by cash, or credit.
We do not refund money on our services or products.
Appointment Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Call us today to schedule an appointment. If you text or leave a message, it can take up to 48-hours for us to respond. Appointments scheduled via email or Facebook are not accepted. We also don’t accept cancellations by email.
If you cancel your appointment via phone call, voice mail, or a text message, we require a 24-hour notice for scheduled appointments of duration one hour or less. Any appointments scheduled for more than one hour will require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
For your first missed appointment, there will be a fee for half the cost of the time and service reserved. For appointments missed thereafter, the fee will be the entire cost for the time and service reserved.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or be given whatever time remains in your originally scheduled time.
Gift Cards/ On File
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within one year of purchase date or they will become invalid. Please inform us, at the time of setting your appointment, if you are using a gift card.
Please don’t wait until close to the expiration date of your gift card to schedule your appointment, as there may be limited availability.
Spa Packages
On “packages”, if you miss your first scheduled appointment, the value will now become half of the amount that was paid in dollars toward our services at regular pricing. For missed appointments thereafter, your package purchase becomes invalid.
